Restart your Device

If your device is operating slower than usual, try restarting it by navigating through the menu and selecting "Restart" or "Reboot."

Android TV boxes

From the Settings Menu:

• Open the Settings menu from the top-right corner of your Android TV.

• Select Device Preferences.

• Choose About.

• Hit the Restart button

Amazon Firesticks / Firecube / FireTV devices

Using the Settings Menu:

• Navigate to the Settings option on your Firestick home screen.

• Select My Fire TV.

• Choose Restart and confirm by clicking on the Restart option again.

Alternatively, you can perform a hard reboot by unplugging the power cord from your device for 10 seconds and then reinserting it back into the device.
